Allan Rodrigues de Souza (born 3 March 1997) is a Brazilian footballer who plays as a midfielder for Hertha Berlin, on loan from Liverpool.

Liverpool careerEdit

On 1 August 2015, it was confirmed that a deal worth around £500,000 had been agreed to bring Allan to the club. He was involved in the first team squad later that day, remaining on the bench as the Reds beat HJK Helsinki in pre-season. Allan then began to feature for the U21s, playing in three friendlies and scoring against Birmingham City.

The deal was officially completed on 2 September 2015, before the Brazilian was sent out to Finnish side Seinajoen Jalkapallokerho for the 2015-16 season, where he helped them win the league title.

New manager Jurgen Klopp spoke highly of Allan's talent, and the Brazilian was expected to earn a work permit in the summer of 2016, but was denied it. This led to Allan being sent out on loan to German side Hertha Berlin.
