David Haydn Raven (born 10 March 1985) is an English footballer who played for Liverpool from 2004-2006.
Liverpool career[]
Raven joined Liverpool after impressing in the Tranmere Rovers Academy. On 1 December 2004, Raven made his Liverpool debut and put in a man of the match performance in a 1-1 League Cup draw with Tottenham. He only made two more appearances in the 2004-05 season, playing in the shock 1-0 FA Cup defeat to Burnley, and coming on as a substitute in a 2-0 Premier League defeat to Southampton. On 25 October 2005, Raven made his final appearance for Liverpool, and once again ended up on the losing side in a 2-1 League Cup defeat to Crystal Palace. In the summer of 2006, Raven signed for Carlisle on a free transfer.
